Introduction

Om3ga Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation in any form within our operations and supply chains.

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps Om3ga Limited has taken and continues to take to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chains.

Our Business Structure

Om3ga Limited is a leading multidisciplinary service provider operating across the sectors of:

  • People Resource

  • Construction

  • Civil Engineering

We specialise in delivering client-focused solutions in high-compliance, high-security environments, with particular experience supporting Government and Ministry of Defence programmes.

We operate throughout the UK, with a diverse workforce and extensive subcontractor and supplier networks.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery. We expect the same high standards from our supply chain partners and are continuously reviewing and improving our processes.

Om3ga Limited will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Our Policies and Controls

To support our commitment, we have the following policies and processes in place:

  • Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy – setting out our zero-tolerance stance and escalation procedures.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct – requiring all suppliers to confirm adherence to anti-slavery principles.

  • Whistleblowing Policy – encouraging employees and third parties to report concerns in confidence.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Procedures – ensuring all staff are legally entitled to work in the UK and are employed voluntarily.

  • Auditing and Monitoring – conducting risk-based supplier reviews and assessments.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We conduct due diligence on all new suppliers and subcontractors, including:

  • Risk-based assessments of geographical operations and industry sectors

  • Requests for Modern Slavery Statements or related policies

  • Contractual commitments to comply with anti-slavery legislation

We assess potential risks within:

  • Labour supply chains

  • Subcontracted construction services

  • Materials and equipment procurement

Training and Awareness

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery, we provide training to:

  • All managers and supervisors

  • HR and procurement personnel

  • Relevant subcontractor liaison staff

We ensure ongoing awareness through toolbox talks, induction materials, and internal communications.

Responsibility for Implementation

The Om3ga Limited Board of Directors has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy and statement comply with legal and ethical obligations.

Operational responsibility lies with our Compliance and HR Teams, who ensure appropriate systems are in place and effective.

Effectiveness and Performance Review

We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our anti-slavery initiatives:

  • Completion rates of training programmes

  • Number of suppliers assessed for compliance

  • Reported incidents or concerns and resolutions

  • Outcomes of audits and risk reviews

Approval and Statement

This statement is approved by the Board of Directors and is reviewed annually. It applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Om3ga Limited, including employees at all levels, contractors, agency workers, and suppliers.
